The Hamilton Bacon Duo is one of the most well established and sought after classical music ensembles in the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York.  With over 20 years experience in performing, recording and teaching, the Duo has built up an extensive clientele.

Featuring classical guitarist James Bacon and flutist Sheila Hamilton, the Duo enjoys a wide-ranging repertoire including Renaissance music, the great virtuosic flute classics of J.S. Bach, the Tango music of Spain and Latin America, as well as Romantic and Contemporary music, all performed with flair and imagination.

Having attracted performances for special events, concerts and weddings, the Hamilton Bacon Duo enjoys a successful career with regular bookings through the Hudson Valley Classical Guitar Society, Albany’s Cathedral of All Saints, Mohonk Mountain House, and Unison Learning Center.
